Setting up customer loyalty points and rewards

Turn repeat buyers into members: points per pound spent and per approved review, tier multipliers, redemption rules at checkout and the customer-facing loyalty page.

Growth

A shopper who already bought from you is your cheapest next order — if they have a reason to come back to you instead of the next ad they scroll past. The loyalty program in Storix gives them that reason with points they earn and spend inside your store. Setting it up is one visit to Marketing ← Loyalty («برنامج الولاء»), and after that it runs on every order without you touching it again.

The program has two sides you configure on one screen. Earning decides how points flow to the customer: a rate of points per pound spent on orders, plus optional bonus points for approved product reviews — which quietly builds your review library while it rewards loyalty. Spending decides how points turn into savings at checkout: how much one point is worth in pounds when redeemed, the minimum points a shopper must collect before they can redeem anything, and the maximum share of an order subtotal that points are allowed to cover so a redemption can never make an order free.

Tiers multiply the points of your best customers

Loyalty tiers let you reward your top spenders automatically: each tier carries a points multiplier, so a gold customer earns points faster than a new one. Because tiers are computed from the customer's history, the same screen doubles as a segmentation of who your best buyers actually are.

What the shopper sees

Customers get their own loyalty page in the storefront account area: how the program works, how many points they have earned over its lifetime, the tiers and what it takes to reach the next one. At checkout, a loyalty section lets them apply their points to the order — flip it on and the discount line appears immediately, subject to the minimum and maximum rules you set.

A sane starting configuration

Start simple: enough points per pound that a second order earns a visible reward, a minimum redemption around a hundred points so points feel like a goal rather than a rounding error, and a redemption cap near ten percent of the subtotal. Watch redemptions for a month, then tune. The referral lesson pairs well here — referrer rewards are paid in these same loyalty points.

Related lessons: customer referrals which reward advocates with loyalty points, and retention messaging for the emails that bring members back.
