Product feeds for Google, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest

Give the ad platforms a live product catalogue: four XML feed URLs on your storefront domain, shared defaults for category and brand, and a manual refresh.

Growth

Shopping ads stop being magic the moment your product catalogue in the ad platform is stale: the ad shows last month's price, the shopper lands on an out-of-stock page, and the click is paid for anyway. The Product feeds screen in Storix — from Marketing, «كتالوج الإعلانات (Product Feed)» — publishes a live catalogue the platforms can crawl, so your ads and your storefront stop disagreeing.

Storix maintains four public feed URLs on your storefront domain, one per platform: Google Merchant Center (the feed behind Google Shopping), Meta (catalogue for Facebook and Instagram shops and dynamic ads), TikTok Shop, and Pinterest — and because TikTok and Pinterest accept the same Google Shopping XML format, one format powers all four. You submit a URL once per platform and the platform keeps crawling it on the schedule you pick there.

Set the defaults the platforms require

Google rejects items without a brand and mis-categorises items without a category, so the screen carries shared defaults you set once: the default Google product category for items without an explicit one, the default brand, and the default condition (new, used, refurbished). If your catalog is one brand, these three fields are the whole setup.

Publish, refresh, verify

Feeds only serve when the publish toggle is on — flip it after configuring the defaults. The screen shows when each feed was last generated, offers Refresh feed now for when you need a catalogue change picked up quickly (a price campaign starting tonight), and lets you clear the crawl cache so the next platform crawl rebuilds from current data. After a refresh, open the raw feed URL yourself and spot-check a product's price and availability — thirty seconds that prevents a week of confused ad spend.

Feed hygiene pays the rent

Watch item disapprovals in each platform's diagnostics and map repeat offenders back to missing defaults or bad product data. A clean, current feed quietly improves campaign delivery; a dirty one quietly burns budget.
